Botox
What is Botox/Xeomin/Jeaveau?
They are Neuromodulators which work by blocking the signals that cause facial muscles to contract. By relaxing the muscles, it helps reduce the appearance of dynamic wrinkles and prevent new ones from showing up.

How should I prepare for my visit?
There is nothing in particular you have to do or not do before your visit. We do recommend however to have your daily workout before your treatment, since we don’t recommend any exercise for 24 hours afterwards. Please also be aware any makeup on the area of treatment will be wiped clean.
Is the injection painful?
Ice is applied to the treatment area prior to injection to help make the treatment more comfortable however you will feel a slight pinch with each injection which only takes a few seconds.
What are post-treatment care instructions?
Avoid lying down (or do a downward dog) for 4 hours after your procedure.
Wait 24 hours before going back to the gym or yoga class – or any kind of exercise, really
Avoid facials and facial muscle manipulation (vigorous rubbing or facial massage) for two weeks after treatment.
What is the downtime?
The great thing about this treatment is there's virtually no downtime. You might have small red bumps that look like bug bites at first, but they usually go away within an hour.
When will I see results?
Noticeable results are typically seen around 3 to 5 days. Skin starts to feel tighter; you should see less movement and wrinkling in the injected areas. It can take up to 2 weeks to see the full results.

The length of time of how long results last can vary with each individual. But typically, you can expect results to last 3-4 months.
What are the side effects?
Headache, minor bruising or swelling at the injection site are the most common but are rare side effects. Eyelid sagging may occur but not very often. This type of result is very rare, occurring less than 0.1% of the time.
Dermal Fillers
What is a Dermal Filler?
A dermal filler is a gel-like form of hyaluronic acid; a substance that is naturally occurring in skin and used in facial moisturizers. When injected into the skin at different depths, it helps fill in facial wrinkles, provide facial volume, and augment facial features including lips, cheeks and nasolabial folds: restoring a voluminous and smoother appearance.
What are contraindications to getting treatment?

Active infection near the site of injection
A known allergy/hypersensitivity to the material or to the lidocaine mixed in the syringe of the filler.
How should I prepare for my visit?
Avoid alcoholic beverages the night before your appointment. It can make skin more susceptible to bruising.
It's best to avoid aspirin and NSAIDs (Advil, Motrin, Aleve) for a week before your treatment to help reduce bruising.
Please also be aware any makeup on the area of treatment will be wiped clean.

We use a topical anesthetic before making injections to help minimize any discomfort during the treatment. An icepak is also applied before and after. You can also take Tylenol before and after to help reduce any pain. You may experience bruising and swelling, which can take 1-2 weeks to go away.

How and why does it work for Hair growth?
In almost anyone with thinning hair, growth factors can help stimulate the activity of the hair follicles and promote new hair growth. The use of PRP/PRF is a great treatment option for hair loss due to multiple scientifically based articles showing its efficacy in increasing hair count, hair thickness, and the growth phase of the hair cycle.
Who does it work for?
PRP/PRF is best used for patients with androgenic alopecia, which is a genetically determined type of hair thinning that typically occurs along the top of the head. In women, this might look like a widening part with normal hair thickness at the back of the head, loss of edges.
Hair re-growth in women has almost a 90% success rate. Men have almost a 65% success rate in hair re-growth as it relates to hormonal alopecia.

What is Targeted fat removal?
Targeted fat reduction with injection lipolysis is the use of nutrients that destroy fat cells and allowing your body’s metabolism to flush it out. We offer injections of PC/DC or Deoxycholic acid (Kybella) into the subcutaneous tissue.

To reduce unwanted swelling , you can apply ice topically for 24 hours post treatment- Apply for 15-minutes and then remove for 15 minutes, then repeat.

Do not touch, press, rub, massage, or manipulate the treatment area. Avoid vigorous exercise for 24- 48 hours.
What is the downtime?
There's no real downtime, however given the amount of swelling, bruising and discomfort, which can last up to 2 weeks, we advise you not to schedule a treatment within 2 weeks of any important event.
When will I see results?
You'll start to see subtle results within 2 to 4 weeks; 6 treatments are recommended for maximum results however some individuals vary and you may need less. We encourage you to maintain a healthy diet and exercise regimen throughout this process as it may affect your results.

The results are achieved once you've reached your desired look. As long as you maintain your body weight you should not have to come in for touch ups or additional treatments.
